Dr. Janet Tsang (MED0001388988)
Dr. Janet graduated from The University of Queensland in 1993.
She completed her RACGP training in 1988 and has worked as a doctor on Brisbane north for the last 30 years, both as a cosmetic doctor since 2004 and also as a GP with special interest in women's health, particularly perimenopause and menopause health.
She started non surgical cosmetic training in 2004 with a special focus on non surgical facial rejuvenation, improving facial volume proportions based on your individual facial anatomy using a combination of facial volume enhancing injectables as well as collagen bio-stimulating procedures to improve your skin firmness and texture. She has performed over 30,000 cosmetic injectable procedures in the last 20 years (data based on our billing software).
She regularly attends many medical and cosmetic conferences to update and educate herself.
She believes good history taking, communication and understanding her patient's concerns is fundamental to good clinical outcomes.
Her other special interest includes facial Ultrasound to help resolve cosmetic injectable issues, as well as gynaecological laser treatments to reduce the symptoms associated with female incontinence.
Dr. Chi-Hong Wong (MED0001389227)
Dr. Wong graduated from The University of Queensland in 1993.
Dr Wong has worked in various Queensland hospitals between 1994 to 2000, gaining valuable surgical experience during that time and completed Part 1 of RACS Surgical training. This has provided him with extensive surgical experience.
He started his cosmetic and laser journey from 2002, joining the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery training program.
He obtained his Fellowship of The Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery in 2004 and has provided cosmetic services in Brisbane Northside for over 20 years.
His current interests include skin cancer detection, surgical management of skin cancers, cosmetic mole removal, surgical removal of larger skin lesions using skin flaps and grafts, larger lipomas as well as ear lobe repairs.
Dr Wong has provided Laser treatments since 2007 and has accumulated extensive Laser knowledge and experience. He uses laser to treat many medical conditions including Rosacea, Acne, facial rejuvenation, pigmentation reduction. He also has extensive surgical skills to manage tongue ties (both newborns and adults), as well as males procedures such as vasectomy, circumcision.
In September 2004 Dr. Wong gained the Fellowship of The Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery, having been assessed also by the examiners from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). He co-won the Contura Scholarship in 2004 to visit Copenhagen to learn from Danish doctors. He updates his skills and techniques regularly attending local and overseas Cosmetic and Laser Conferences. Dr. Wong is not a member of the College of Plastic Surgery.
He has attended many overseas Cosmetic meetings including AACS conferences in USA, Advanced Workshops in Facial Anatomy in Shanghai, China and Workshops in Asian Blepharoplasty (Asian Eyelid Surgery Training) in Busan, South Korea. Continue medical education is an important component to stay relevant in this rapidly expanding world of cosmetic and laser medicine.
